Invites, asks, and writes it all down.
The whole job a cousin would otherwise do for two weeks — done in an afternoon, politely, in the guest's own language.
Calls like family would
Honorifics, the invitation first, questions after.
- “Aapko sapariwar nimantran hai” before anything is asked
- Always ji, always aap — never a bare name
- Says it's an automated call, every time
- Opening line and questions editable per wedding
- Switches language if the guest prefers
The questions you'd ask anyway
Each answer lands as a real field, not a note.
- Attending — yes, no, or “shayad” recorded as maybe
- Headcount — the number catering books against
- Per function — Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, by name
- Arrival, rooms, food — in the guest's own words
- Add your own: baraat only, flying from which city
One number for the caterer
Live while the calls run, final when they're done.
- Dashboard updates as each call completes
- Summary sheet: people coming, households, per function
- Rooms needed, dietary notes, arrivals by date
- Full guest table as Excel or CSV
- Anything doubtful flagged for a human, never guessed
From “haan ji” to a row in your sheet.
Shubh asks, the guest answers in whatever mix of Hindi and English comes naturally, and every answer is written to the guest's row as it's said. Nothing to transcribe later.
Loops every 16 seconds. Real calls run 1–2 minutes.
The same question, in Hinglish.हिन्दी.English.
Set the language per wedding or per guest. The aunt in Delhi and the cousin in Toronto need not get the same call.
Priced by guest count. Everything included at every size.
Tell us roughly how many numbers are on the list and we'll quote the same day. No card, no subscription — one campaign, one price.

Before you hand us the list.
Will guests know it's not a person?+
Yes — the opening line says it's an automated call on behalf of the family, by name. We don't pretend. Guests are consistently fine with it once they hear whose wedding it is and that it will take a minute.
When does it call, and how many times?+
Only inside a calling window you set — 10am to 8pm IST by default — and at most three attempts per guest, spaced hours apart. “Don't call again” is honoured the first time, permanently.
What if a guest says “shayad” or “dekhte hain”?+
It's recorded as a maybe, never as a yes, and the row is flagged for you. The headcount only counts guests who confirmed.
What do I get at the end?+
A summary sheet — people coming, households, per-function numbers, rooms needed — and the full guest table with every answer, as Excel or CSV. Plus the live dashboard while calls are running.
What happens to my guest list afterwards?+
It's yours. Transcripts and recordings are kept only for the retention period you choose, then deleted. We don't reuse, share or sell lists.
Hear one first.
Send us five numbers from your own family and we'll run them as a sample before you decide anything.
